A large part of a play therapist’s job is describing what they do and why they do it to others. This webinar will discuss this aspect of a play therapist’s responsibility - that of being a translate to parents, teachers, and others in a child’s life. Participants will learn language to use and practice translating the work done in the playroom to others while maintaining confidentiality.
***Training Objectives: Participants will learn three ways to describe play therapy to non therapists. Participants will identify 2 ways to translate symbolic play content to parents without breaking client confidentiality.
